A Study of Methods of Improving Wage System in Hotel´s Employees

Abstract

|
Most Korean companies have adopted the seniority system as their wage system. This system is to decide wages according. to educational background, age, career, length of service, but it is wanting in motivators and cannot break down the structure of high wages - low efficiency that decreases productivity.
Therefore, it´s worth while to suggest the ways of enhancing productivity(by providing high quality services on the part of the tourist hotel employees) through examination - of the wage payment system and service changing practical working conditions.
So, the purpose of this is to suggest ways of productivity enhancement(by providing high quality services) through employee´s welfare and improvement of their wage system.
